To ensure that you can rely upon the quality of products and services we make

A. Our credit union will collect only the nonpublic personal information that is
necessary to conduct our business. That means just what is necessary to provide competitive financial products and services--no more. The information collected comes from the following sources:
* Information we receive from you on member applications or other forms;
* Information about your transactions with us or others;
* Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency (assuming applicable)
B. Our credit union may disclose the following kinds of nonpublic personal information about you.
*Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as your
name, address, social security number, assets and income.
*Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others such as your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions, and credit card usage.

C. Our credit union will only share information when absolutely necessary.

provide, when required to do so by the government, or when we partner with

The businesses we select will offer products designed to enhance our members' economic well being. Under no circumstances will we authorize these firms to charge your account without your express consent, and we will not sell member information to telemarketing firms.
E. Our credit union will protect your personal information.
Our credit union will maintain strong security controls to ensure that
member information in our files and computers is protected. When appropriate, we will use security coding techniques to protect against unauthorized access to personal records, ensure accuracy and integrity of communications and transactions, and protect member confidentiality.
F. You will always have access to your information.
As a member of our credit union, you will always have the opportunity review your information and make necessary changes to ensure that our records are complete and accurate.
G. Non-Public personal information on former members .
If you decide to terminate your membership or become an inactive member, we will
not share information we have collected about you, except as permitted or required
by law.
H. Our credit union will offer you a choice in how your information is used.
Any member of our credit union may elect to keep information from being shared with
our business partners. If you elect to opt out of information sharing we will treat that
opt out as applying to all financial products or services that you have obtained from us
in the past or that you may obtain from us in the future. If you prefer that we not disclose
nonpublic personal information about you to non affiliated third parties, you may opt out of
those disclosures, that is you may direct us not to make those disclosures ( other than
